Pritam (pronounced Pree-dum) is a dedicated and accomplished leader with over 15 years of experience in management. He brings a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University, where he concentrated in Business Management, Psychology, and Communication Studies to build a strong foundation for his career.

Over the years, he has successfully led the operations of three different businesses, sharpening his skills in team development, organizational growth, and strategic planning.
In February 2024, Pritam joined Anchor Point as the Director of Operations and is committed to cultivating innovation, streamlining processes, and driving the company toward sustained growth.​​​
Beyond his professional life, Pritam finds joy in spending quality time with his family. He is happily married to his wife, Lucy, and together, they share a warm and lively home with their two dogs, Ava and Aspen. A true lover of the outdoors, Pritam enjoys hiking, fishing, and taking trips to the park with his family.

As an avid sports enthusiast, Pritam is a loyal supporter of Louisiana State University and the New Orleans Saints, rarely missing a game and enjoys the energy of game-day experiences. His passion for adventure extends to his love of travel, having visited breathtaking destinations such as New Zealand, Kenya, and Greece.
